As a rule, trolley units are designed for the processing of big and heavy products.

Siphon cabinets, also know as suction cabinets, use much less compressed air and are generally smaller units making them perfect for smaller workshops or lower productivity environments. Siphon cabinets uses a compressed air stream inside a siphon blast gun to create a vacuum in a chamber creating a negative pressure, pulling the abrasive into the nozzle.

The bottom part of the body of the machine is designed as a hopper, which collects the circulating blasting media. This material hopper is fitted with discharge buckets to which the blasting guns are connected.

On the back wall of the machine there is an updraft separator that catches residual blasting media, dust and light particles. After blasting, the parts are blown off by special nozzles in a chamber that is separate from the blasting chamber to remove any residual blasting media.

Used in sandblasting heavy workpieces, such as mold, stone carvings, motor and aluminum wheels etc.

Sandblasting machine should be placed on a solid ground in the work site, every machine before shipment is test at our factory, and packed in only one package. When you get it, just need to connect the power and compressed air source, put about 5kg abrasive in and start the machine, it's very easy to operate. Blasting work is controlled by foot pedal, removing foot from pedal, the blasting stops.

Make the pressure keep 0.3-0.7Mpa. Air consumption is about 0.8-1.2m³/min.
