DISA Continuous Hanger Machines are designed to clean a wide range of parts size and shapes. These shot blasting machines can be set up with overhead conveyors and with multiple blast wheels. Parts are loaded onto a hanger and moved in, got blasted and moved out.

DISA Overhead Rail Shot Blasting Machine mainly consist of blasting cabinet,  hanger transport system, abrasive recycle system, dust collector and electrical control system.

Blast Cabinet:

The main cabinet consists of cleaning room, entry/exit vestibule, shot blasting system, sealing system.

Abrasive Recycle System:

The circulating system is composed of screw conveyer, bucket elevator, shot and sand separator, pneumatic shot gate valve, shot tube and so on

Filter Unit:

There are two sets filter mounted at entry and exit vestibule, dust removal system is mainly composed of housing, cartridge filter\, pulse system, ash hopper, air ducts, fans, silencer, etc.

Electrical Control System:  

The whole system is equipped with automatic/manual switch, electrical interlock, self-lock, fault alarm emergency stop and other safety protection functions to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
