Product Structure
The equipment mainly consist of Shot Blast Cabinet, Abrasive Recycle System, Dust Filter and Electrical Control System.
· Shot Blast Cabinet
Durable of shot blast machine is significant important. DISA using SP Mn steel plate fully convered the blasting cabinet as protective.
· Abrasive Recycle System
Collecting the good shots for recycle using, all by transmission parts. Consists of screw conveyor, elevator, spearator, shot gate, feeding pipe and etc.
· Dust Filter
Consists of settlement box, duct, filter, fan, silencer and etc.
· Electrical Control System
The whole system is equipped with automatic/manual switch, electrical interlock, self-lock, fault alarm emergency stop and other safety protection functions to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
